David, Carla & Karley Phelps Fire Recovery

David, Carla and Karley were able to escape the fire that destroyed their home and community in the early morning hours of September 8, 2020, near Lyons, Oregon.  They are so grateful that they along with their neighbors are alive and safe in this total devastation.
