inchi was 28 years old. He was a loving son brother partner and an amazing father himself. He adored his family and his family adored him.

Inchi had the biggest heart and would help anyone in need,

his laugh was infectious, his smile was memorable,

david have left a massive hole in everyone’s heart who had the pleasure of knowing him.

llanrumney and surrounding areas have had a tragic loss to the community.
