We tragically lost David (40) and Olivia Carter (6) on August 15, 2020 during a family outing at the lake. David was an amazing husband, father, step-father, son, brother, and friend to so many. Olivia was a spunky 6 year old who lit up any room she entered with her wit and charm and loved by all that met her.
We come together to support his loving wife and her amazing mother, Nicole Carter and her two children Hunter and Kaelyn Lowe.
