Hi my name is David I'm fundraising for myself I've been having thousands of seizures ever since I got rear ended started drooling and had massive seizure when I got home I was told by the cop who accidentally crashed into me that I was good to drive home in my condition and I went home been having thousands of seizures to this day needed staples stitches glue all kinds of things to heal my wounds and my pain is unbearable when I have a seizure it's as if my head is pressured like a balloon and I'm still suffering to buy food daily can only eat barely once a day and I take 10 seizure epilepsy pills a day not fair please anything would help me out with groceries expenses and rent to help my family also please I really need help pray for me God bless everyone..
