Hello my name is Dave Martin and I have never done anything like this before. I have an auto shop in a very small town in the california mountains. We have had to endure an extraordinary amount of hardships this year. During the covid pandemic, I missed out on p.p.p loans and lost four out of five employees. Now we are running the business, my wife and I and trying to keep it together. We filed for s.b.a loan and then had to be evacuated because of the Creek wild fire for one month. We had no news on our house or the shop (the town was evacuated too). When we finally were able to come back home, thank God the house and shop were standing. The house got the worst of it with the fire burning up to our driveway (picture) and some smoke damage. The shop was ok and the town was ok. S.B.A denied us, we had run out of time. We have a lot of customers lost their homes and were unable to pay for their cars or do any further work that was scheduled. It's been a hardship on us all, so we are trying to find employees and catch up insurance, and bills. We are so thankful to be here, and want to keep going, ThankYou,from the bottom of our hearts, for helping us get back up on our feet.
