I'm Dave, I was diagnosed with renal complications in early 2022 and had to stop working last year when my kidneys finally shut down completely from my 20+ years of type 1 diabetes. I've been on dialysis as of November 2024 and unfortunately the bills are really catching up with me. I'm not usually one to ask for help in this way but im really hurting while I wait for a kidney and pancreas for organ transplant, but anything would be greatly appreciated.
