Dave's Journey: From Service to Survival

Donation protected
In early 2024, my older brother Dave was diagnosed with Stage-4 esophageal cancer that also spread to his liver and bones. As a former Marine who served at Camp Lejeune between 1987-1991, he was unknowingly exposed to toxic water, which we believe contributed to the cause of his cancer. Before his diagnosis, Dave was a paramedic, firefighter, and ER nurse. He has dedicated his life to serving his country and helping his community. Now he needs help from the community!

Since starting his treatments and being on long-term disability, his medical expenses have tripled, and a significant portion is not covered under his employer's pay amount. He is also facing the possibility of his insurance being canceled, which would leave him unable to continue with the life-saving treatments he still needs!

Please help by contributing any amount possible and also by sharing his story with others! Facing cancer has already so many challenges and fears, but the added financial stress can be just as overwhelming. Thank you for caring and being a part of his recovery!
