Hey there friends, family, and loved ones of Dave Bush! As many of you are aware, Dave was hospitalized the first week of April and diagnosed with the rare auto-immune disease,  Guillian-Barré Syndrome . In classic Dave fashion, his spirits have remained great! His great complaints about his hospital time have been the food and worries about people choosing good TV stations for him to watch.

While Dave's doctors expect him to recover, he is currently looking at several more weeks in the hospital followed by a period of in patient physical therapy followed by even more time with out patient PT. Current estimates from his physicians have his recovery at six months to a year. Needless to say, this leaves Dave facing steep medical expenses (as well as regular bills piling up while he is unable to work). With Dave's real-life family's permission, his Euclid Records family is setting up this fund raiser to help Dave through this trying time. Any amount you can give will be greatly appreciated!
