One of my favorite people in the world will be spending his birthday in the hospital tomorrow recovering from his recent brain surgery. Many of you know Dave and have been blessed to witness his trust in the sovereignty and goodness of God as he and his family go through this difficult season. 

The surgery went well and the doctors removed about 50% of the mass in David's head but A second surgery will need to be scheduled to get after the remainder. 

These unexpected events carry with them a lot of costs. Let's come together and bless Dave and Rayma and their family. Maybe together we can add to our prayers a bit of physical relief from at least one source of stress.
