Hi, my name is Dave Springer. The last 6 months have been a nightmare for me.i had a heart attack in March and received triple bypass surgery. While I was recuperating from that doctors discovered an incurable infection in my left foot and it was amputated below the knee. I have exhausted my company's disability benefits, and as of September first I will not receive a paycheck. I am hoping to return to work, but I am unsure when that will be. I appreciate your help to get me through this time.
