Dave Sowden's Recovery Fundraiser

Hello everyone!

As many of you probably know, Dave is currently recovering in the hospital after having open heart surgery.

He went to Mercy Hospital on Tuesday evening because he was experiencing chest pains. The Doctors feared he had a heart attack so they admitted right away.

After further testing on Wednesday, the Doctors found that all three major arteries in his heart were blocked and that he was going to need open heart surgery. On Friday, Dave had a triple bypass surgery. Everything went well and he is currently in recovery. He is still in a lot of pain, but was able to take a couple short walks and has been getting better rest today. If all goes well, we are hoping he will be able to go home by Tuesday or Wednesday next week. However, Dave still has a long road ahead of him. The doctors are expecting it will take 2-3 months before he's made a full recovery and can be back working.

We are raising funds to help support him during this difficult time and to help with any medical expenses. We all know Dave is someone who is the first to help anyone in need, now we are asking for your help. Any donation will go a long way and is so greatly appreciated!
