Hi, my name is Amanda Samuel and it is with a heavy heart that the family of Dave is here requesting some help. On Saturday, Feb 24th Dave passed from this life. His family and I are working together to try and raise enough money to help ease the burden of financial crisis on Dave’s 2 sons Isaac and Anthony. The family and I met with the funeral home today and was given a total of about $3200.00 not including the urns. Fortunately, Dave did have some life insurance, but unfortunately until death certificates come and we can cash it out we will not be able to take care of the expenses up front.

All money raised will go to pay for expenses and anything left over will go to Dave’s children for any unexpected expenses that come up. The family and I appreciate every one of you.
