Dave Philbrick was just a really great guy.

As a friend, a coach, an amazing maker of playlists, Dave had an easy way of creating warm connection and a lot of laughter.

Sadly, Dave passed away on November 19, 2024, after a short but hard-fought battle with leukemia. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and everyone who was lucky enough to know him.

Dave loved his post-retirement job of working for Duxbury Conservation where he created and maintained the town trails.

To celebrate his life, we will be coming together to donate and dedicate a memorial bench on a trail that he helped to forge.

We will be working with Duxbury Conservation to determine the specific trail in the coming weeks.
