4/12/22 - A note from Dave:
I want to thank all my friends, old and new, for the donations and support that I have received.
I have found new housing on a pond in Woodstock. I am doing well. Hope to see all of you soon.
Big Dave/Bruiser
On Sunday, February 6th, Dave Norman, also known as “Big Dave” and “Bruiser”, lost everything he owned in a fire that destroyed his apartment in Woodstock CT. Dave is a gentle giant who has a kind heart and is loved by everyone who knows him. Dave lived in Auburn MA for over 50 years, graduating from Auburn High School in 1963. He is a voracious reader and lover of cats. Luckily, Dave could save his cat from the terrible fire; however, all of his belongings, including hundreds of books, could not be salvaged.

Dave is 76, retired, on a limited fixed income, and now homeless.
His friends are creating this GoFundMe page to help Dave get back on his feet. He was a hard worker for all of his life, but unfortunately, he needs the kindness and generosity of others to help him get his life back together. All funds raised will go directly to Dave to help him set up a new home.
Any amount of donation will be greatly appreciated by “Big Dave”.
Thank you from all of us who love and care for him.
