Olohana! – Requesting “ALL HANDS” supporting a young Green Beret Family!
On January 18th, U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Beret) Sergeant First Class (SFC Retired) Dave Nevala was tragically killed near his home in Flagstaff, AZ. Dave was medically retired due to medical complications associated with multiple combat deployments as one of “America’s Best.” His last active-duty assignment was as an Army Special Operations Recruiter, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii; after which he and his family relocated to Flagstaff in Summer 2022.
While his Family, Friends, Brothers of the Special Forces Brotherhood Motorcycle Club (SFBMC) and the Special Forces Association (SFA) are devasted by his loss, we find comfort knowing Dave leaves behind a legacy of charity and compassion. We are working with his wife on a Memorial Service/Celebration of Life and full military honors, as we know that is what Dave would have wanted and deserves.
We kindly appreciate any/all donations to lessen the burden on his young family, as so many have been asking how they can help. We have created this fund to help offset the cost of his Memorial Service/Celebration of Life and to help support his wife Tiffany and their son Jackson (age 5) and who he leaves behind.
