Dave Morrison Lost His Home in the Eaton Fire

Donation protected
Many of you may not know that Dave Morrison has been living for the past decade in a motor home that he lovingly called the "Hobo Dojo." It was completely destroyed by the Eaton fire in Altadena, along with most of his equipment and belongings. (Take a look at the video to see the devastation.) As you might imagine, nothing was insured. Dave's alter ego was as a lifelong housepainter, not a job where anyone amasses a huge amount of savings or disposable income, and he has been retired for several years on a limited income. (Music for Dave has always been a labor of love.)

I have been partnering with him on organizing music events for 15 years, including multiple fundraisers for different causes. Many of you have suggested a Go Fund Me page to help him purchase another used motor home and get back on his feet. Dave thinks that he is about $10,000 short of being able to by a good used motor home or trailer. I know that many of us are strapped right now, and I know that Dave would never want for anyone to hurt themselves to support him, but any and every amount would help.
