Dear friends and family. The below was Dave's story about his battle with Cancer. He was doing so well, battling so fiercely...and just like that, On May 22, 2020, he was taken from all of us. He fell and had severe head injuries. The exact cause is unknown for now. The GoFundme now continues for those same medical costs, now including several related to his passing, along with costs associated with his final resting place and keeping Jody and the family going through this beyond difficult time. If you cannot donate funds, we understand completely and just ask that you keep Dave and the family in your thoughts and prayers. We appreciate all of you so very much. More than you will ever know.

I think everyone who knows Dave would agree that he is the best of the best. A true renaissance man, loving husband and amazing father. His talents in the world of fabrication and Motorcycles make him a legend in his own right, but, you would never hear him brag or ask for anything in his life, but be there for you, if you needed anything. He truly needs you now. The whole family does. Dave received terrible news just a few days before Christmas and has been spending a lot of time at the hospital, tests, etc. His immediate future requires surgery to confirm/complete diagnosis and then additional surgery and necessary treatments. We will keep you posted. We are standing in faith and hope but know the realities of life need to be addressed. He is unable to work and there are many expenses that have already started to pile up. The funds will go immediately to medical expenses and directly to Dave's household. It’s not easy to ask our family and friends for help, but we are. Any size donation is so very welcome and if you cannot donate funds, we simply ask that you keep Dave and his family in your prayers. Thank you so very much.
