Help Dave recover from side by side accident
Donation protected
On September 2nd, Dave Lambeth was involved in a side by side accident that resulted in severely injuring his left arm. Dave was transported to Intermountain Healthcare in Cedar City and soon after life-flighted to St. George Regional Hospital in critical condition. Dave sustained major trauma to his left forearm which resulted in the amputation of the arm just above the elbow. Currently, Dave is stable and will require a 2 week hospital stay, multiple surgeries, prosthetic fittings, months of physical therapy and a lifetime of mental recovery.
At 62 years of age, Dave is a devoted husband to Alexis Lambeth, proud father of Kasen, McKinlee, Brendan, and the grandfather of one granddaughter Aurora. Dave is known for spending all of his free time in the garage or outside tinkering with anything in sight ranging from go karts to motorcycles and even camp trailers. Dave thoroughly enjoys spending time outdoors with his close friends and family.
On their behalf, I am asking for various forms of help to provide reassurance for medical expenses and the physical/mental recovery process of Dave losing his left arm.
I was requested not to post any graphic imagery. Please don't let that discourage you from sharing and/or donating. We greatly appreciate all of your support in this trying time and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
