On Thursday October 29th Dave was involved in an accident that left him with multiple compound fractures in both his arms, a broken nose, and broken foot. This accident has taken away Dave's ability to use his arms currently. He is self employed and will not be able to work for the foreseeable future. While we pray for Dave's speedy recovery he has lost his income and will need financial help through this ordeal.
If you know Dave you know he is a a tough soul and worked hard all his life. He is a loving brother, son, father, grandfather, and husband. We have faith he will come through this but he needs our support. Any donation, no matter how small is greatly appreciated and will go directly to his financial and medical needs. He has a long road of therapy and recovery ahead of him and will need all the support we can give.
While Dave is an amazing carpenter his passion has always been on the Drums. He has a long history of playing lots of gigs with numerous bands. As you can imagine there is not much worse financially and mentally than a drummer and carpenter shattering both arms. I can only imagine how spirit breaking that can be.
I remember as a kid always looking up to my brother. He was always the hero in my eyes. He always paved his own path to his goals. He is one of the few people I know that believes in doing things the right way no matter the cost. He has saved me more times than he realizes and taught me no matter how high or hard the climb is to always take the high road and be the better man. I know he now needs all his strength to make a recovery that will allow him to use his arms again so this GoFundMe is to help take some of the burden off of him and allow him to contrate on the healing.
