Hi, my name is Monique and I am one of Ronessas’s friends from the younger days and throughout our lives. Ronessa does not ask for help so when she did I knew how much she really needs this. The funds raised will go directly to Ronessa

to help pay for Dave’s expenses after his death and then whatever is left after that Ronessa will use to catch up on medical bill.

Here is their story in short…

Our friends Ronessa & Dave and their son Ian have been fighting a very private battle with cancer since March of this year. With tremendous sadness, Ronessa has shared that Dave passed away the early morning of December 8, 2023 at the very young age of 45.

Cancer has torn into their family and stole this amazing man away from them and those who love him dearly! Ronessa and Ian are now not only grieving the loss of a husband and father but trying to figure out how to navigate the financial burden that cancer has caused them.

Due to the events that led Dave to the cancer diagnosis, he was not able to work much due to his safety. Ronessa has been working through his treatments to the best of her ability while still caring for Dave and being a mom to Ian. Medical bills, hospice care and the cost of cremation has left Ronessa needing the help of all of us.

Ronessa and Ian have a long journey ahead of them learning to navigate their lives and to be a family without Dave being here. Let’s help minimize the financial strain so they can mourn without the extra weight of debt.
