Dave Bolognese's Biggest Fight
For the past 7 years, Dave has been battling his biggest villain, Stage 4 Colon-Rectal Cancer which has traveled to his liver, lungs, lymph nodes and now most recently his spine. With his ally, the MGH Cancer Center, he has fought this horrible disease with countless surgeries, radiations, chemotherapies and clinical trials. Dave has done this with such strength and unbelievable will power. He has endured terrible pain and suffering for so many years, yet has stayed strong and supportive to his family and friends. He has helped so many of us throughout the years and been such a loyal and caring friend.
He can no longer practice his craft of being an expert mason and provide for his family. For this he is broken hearted. These last two surgeries in two days have played a toll. Dave’s mobility is limited. He is now at home resting and working toward gaining back some strength.
It is now our turn to be there for Dave. Expenses are excessive, hospital bills, including copays, parking and medications, household bills and daily expenses are becoming overwhelming for Dave and Ellen. Asking for help, especially financial, is not something Dave has ever done. So, that is why I am reaching out to you. Anything will help and be appreciated more than you will ever know.
Your support, financial, emotional and spiritual is what we are asking for right now for Dave.
Together we will get through this!
Dave, Ellen and the kids appreciate the love and support beyond measure.
Dave Bolognese is our Superman!
