Dave Boleszuk Fund

Dave is suffering from Advanced Glioblastoma Multiforme (Brain Tumor). He has had surgery to try and remove the tumor, but the doctors were unable to remove all of it. He has undergone intense Radiation Therapy and is currently undergoing Chemotherapy.

Dave is not expected to recover and the doctors do not expect him to survive the year. He may need to be fitted with a GPS tracker, as his short term memory is getting worst.

Although Dave has Full health, and disability benefits provided by Barnes Harley-Davidson, we want to show our love and support to him and his family by providing a way to go above and beyond those benefits.

Dave Bolzchuk was an employee of Barnes Harley Davidson… Brian Barnes personally donated $5000. to the fund… Brian Barnes asked that I (Murray Kilshaw) handle the fund as I am a close friend and regular contact of Dave Bolzchuk.. I agreed to that… Dave’s closest relative is Peter Bolzchuk but he lives 6 hours away in Mission BC.. He knows of the fund.. I am going to cash out the fund in the form of a bank draft and give it directly to Peter Bolzchuk when he comes to Victoria this weekend coming.. He will pay some overdue bills for Dave as he and I have both been covering expenses with our own personal funds.. I do not wish to be paid anything from this fund, nor does Peter.. We want all funds to go to Dave but in that he has brain cancer and some processing problems, funds must be metered out to him judiciously.
