Dave "Big Dave" Worthington Memorial

Hi my name is Luke Shaft,I am one of Big Dave's closest friends. It is with a heavy heart to share that we have lost one of our dearest friends, David "Big Dave" Worthington, on June 16, 2021 due to unforeseen heart complications. Big Dave was a larger-than-life character and his love for his job was only surpassed by his love for all dogs. Forward thinking and a trend setter, he set the standard of cool with his love for motorcycles and passion for style. Big Dave overcame numerous obstacles including losing his leg in a motorcycle incident that did not stop his drive to live the best life he could. After the incident, he moved to California from Philadelphia where he did not fail to achieve all of his dreams. Big Dave always made an effort to create a family through friendships that extended from Philadelphia to Los Angeles. Through all the adversity he experienced, he always put others before himself and now it is our turn to return the favor.  Please donate whatever you can in order to help his family provide the proper burial that he deserves. All proceeds will go towards the following:
1. Paying to have his body shipped back home to PA in order to be with his mother.
2. Pay for all costs associated with his funeral & any accommodations needed on his arrival.
3. Any remaining funds will be given directly to his mother, Beth Worthington. 
This loss has created a huge hole in many hearts.
