My sister, Charlene Barr, had a dream of building a school in Uganda. We have continued her project since she died in 2010 and it has long been the plan that once Charlene Secondary School was established the work would pass over to Ugandan colleagues. At the end of August 2027, that time will come. Meanwhile there is work to be completed with the ongoing building and equipping of vocational blocks at Charlene Secondary School.
