Help Dave and Victoria Armstrong

Hello, we are Dave and Victoria Armstrong. We have been married for 8 years and we live in American Fork Utah. We both grew up in California but moved to Utah to be closer to family. This Fund is to help us with the financial burden that Dave's medical issues have caused. He has been out of work for 3 years due to a severe brain disease which cost Dave his job and ability to provide for his family. Daves father and grandfather both passed away from a brain tumor and when Dave started getting blinding migraines and memory loss everyday, we thought the worst and wondered if he had a brain tumor like his father and grandfather. After getting an MRI of his brain, they discovered 25 brain lesions and he was diagnosed with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. We went to many specialists for a second opinion but nobody could give us a firm diagnosis. So we went to the Neurosurgeon that took out his father's brain tumor and he said he wanted to cut open Daves brain to make sure it wasnt a tumor like his father died from. So Dave had a right frontal temporal craniotomy to get a biopsy of one of the lesions on his brain to confirm a diagnosis. We are waiting for a pathology report to get a firm diagnosis of what is causing the brain lesions and nuerological issues like the memory problems and horrible migraines. Since Dave has been unable to return to work and Victoria is in nursing school, they could really use help with their numerous medical bills and finances until Victoria gradualtes or Dave gets better and can return to work. The funds will be used specifically to pay for medical bills and medical expenses, utilities, mortgage and food while Dave is recovering from brain surgery and waiting for a firm diagnosis of what is wrong with his brain. He has been accepted into a study at the University of Utah to study his brain which may hold answers for others across the world who are suffering with the same mystery brain disease.
