Myself (Dave) and Jamie will be taking part in the West Notts College 3 part staff challenge. The challenge involves:

- 10.5 mile bike ride

- A 2 hour kayak

- 5 hour walk up Old Man of Coniston mountain

This will all be completed in one day!

I have chosen to raise money for John Eastwood Hospice. The team there do some fantastic and challenging work. This challenge for me will also be in memory of my Dad, who we lost to primary brain and bowl cancer.

My Dad spent time at John Eastwoods and this is my way of saying Thank You for their invaluable support.

Any donation, big or small, is appreciated and can go a long way.
