Lucy's open heart surgery

Our 6 year old daughter Lucy was born with a VSD in her heart. She has developed muscle bundles as a result of this over time, which is now causing an obstruction of blood flow to her lungs. She is scheduled to have open heart surgery July 11th to remove the bundles and close her VSD. It is a lengthy procedure and will require up to 5-7 days recovery time in the hospital. As well as weeks at home. 

My husband and I would love to be able to be with Lucy at the hospital as much as possible throughout the entire process. For all her Pre and post-op appointments as well as her recovery time in the hospital. Which unfortunately means a lot of missed work and wages. 

Prayers for a successful surgery and a speedy recovery for our sweet Lucy are greatly appreciated. We are thankful for anything anyone is able to contribute towards helping us so we are able to be there for our daughter as she will need us more then ever!!!
