Our daughter Sheryl was involved in this accident six years ago. she was hit by an inattentive driver using a cell phone who pulled over into her lane as she was driving to work.
Over the last six years Sheryl has had close to 20 surgeries,, the last one three weeks ago when she had her left leg amputated below the knee.
In July Sheryl was laid off from her job when she ran out of medical benefits.
She has accumulated thousands of dollars of uninsured expenses and will need even more to provide a prosthetic leg and rehabiltation.
Donations will help her to be able to walk again and help her to return to work.
