Hi everyone. I’m making this fundraiser for the Government Higher Secondary School in the town of of Poigai in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, a state in India. The school has 500 students and about 100 of those students are unable to pay for data to attend their classes which are now online due to Covid-19. They are children of weavers and daily wage workers who have been hit hard by the pandemic. It takes 2400 rupees to pay for data in one household, a little more than 30 US dollars. Overall, we would need to raise about 3000 US dollars. Even just a small donation and sharing this campaign with others would make a great difference in these students lives.
