Sex, Love & Relationship Coaching Certification
I have been accepted to The Sex, Love & Relationship Coaching Certification by Layla Martin who created VITA™ (Vital and Integrated Tantric Approach) “A method that uses the most powerful tools of the mind and the most transformative tools of the body.”

Finally, after years of experimenting and searching, I found a solid, holistic education which I resonate with, to support me in getting closer to using my passion, knowledge, experiences, and superpowers to help and guide people in these topics +embodiment.

I am so ready to commit 1,5 years to education, to do even more of the inner work it requires to become a good coach and gain much knowledge and tools to help, guide and educate others.

I’ve been participating in a lot of different workshops and courses in the areas of self-development, embodiment, open relating, and sexuality throughout the last 6 years. And, maybe even more important, I have wholeheartedly experimented in my own life, exploring these topics in depth through personal experience.

My dream
.My dream is to coach, help, guide, and educate on these different topics, with both conversations, practical exercises and embodiment.
.My dream is to help people finding their own way of being committed in a relationship, to help people figuring out what they truly want and desire.

.My dream is to educate kids and teens at schools, about sexuality, lovemaking, and relationships. I wish for our next generations to grasp, understand and feel themselves much more.

Why Sex, love and relationship coach
It is time for transformation!
Time to feel our selves, be true to our selves. 
Time to create new beliefs about our selves, how we deeply connect.
It’s time to recreate the meaning and energy of sex, love, and relating.
It’s time to feel our desires.

By stepping out of norms and doing a lot of self-development and tuning into my body and feeling my wounds and traumas, I can see how much a lot of people struggle with feeling themselves, what they want and like when it comes to both sex, love and relating.
Coaching can help with this.

I’ve met a lot of couples who see other couples as perfect, they say “Your relationship is so beautiful, you look so happy. and we are struggling”, “Everyone else has good relationships. Why am I struggling?”, this very thing has been said to me while I was struggling the most in my own relationship. It seems like we have become blind to the reality of others, and are super self-critical. I believe one reason for this is because we do not share our struggles with each other, we do not reach out for help. And in my perspective, we never really learned how to be in a healthy deep love relation. (luckily some have) <3

Nobody ever taught us how to make love, to set boundaries, to receive a no, how to introspect and see our own patterns and wounds, and how to change, transform and heal them. 
These are some of the reasons why I believe coaching in these topics is important.

I believe all of us need some kind of healing -We just gotta find our way.


Vulnerability 
It is vulnerable for me to reach out and ask for support in the form of money, because I feel I have to manage it my self, and only do things I myself can afford, and money has never been an easy topic in my life.

I’m afraid of being too much, too little and not good enough.

I believe in community, sharing, caring and helping each other when possible, while still taking care of ourselves.
So I'm very humbly asking for your support, so I can start taking my first steps towards my dreams.
