Dasha Dorofeev and family crash

8-year-old Dasha Dorofeev was critically injured in a crash Saturday, June 15, 2019 in South Fort Myers, Florida. Dasha suffered traumatic brain injuries and was transported to Tampa General Hospital for pediatric neurological care.
Her mother Natasha was also injured with a broken should but is already on the mend and today was reunited with her gravely injured daughter, 12-year-old daughter Masha and husband Vlad.
The Dorofeevs face the prospect of enormous medical bills due to a helicopter med-evac, a specialized ambulance transport from Fort Myers to Tampa plus a lengthy stay at Tampa General.
Dasha is beginning to show signs of recovery despite being incubated and heavily sedated for 72 hours after the crash. We are hoping and praying for a full recovery for this extremely bright little girl who is a budding gymnast.
