I'm running the Summer Spine Sprint race in June in memory of Derek Paterson who sadly lost his battle with cancer in May 2024. A stalwart of 2622 (Highland) Sqn, RAuxAF Regt based at RAF Lossiemouth for 18 years, he is sadly missed. The Summer Sprint starts at Bellingham, Northumberland and finishes 44 miles later at Kirk Yetholm, Scotland. Following the Pennine Way, I shall be running through Kielder Forest and across the Cheviot Hills. I made a promise to Derek that I would tske on a challenge in 2025 and raise money for CLAN Cancer Support Do you want to join me in making a difference?
