Darryl has been diagnosed with leukemia, his symptoms started out of nowhere and are unfortunately not improving. At the moment he is comfortable, still eating and drinking, and not in pain, so i’m just taking it day by day. I’m not sure when the right time is but when I feel like he’s ready I want to be able to have someone come out to my home where he’s spent his life and be able to let him go surrounded by comfort and love. The cost of it all is more than I can afford, especially after taking time off work to be home with him, even with help from loved ones.
