This week, a giant among men found paradise.

Though we grieve for the legacy of such a caring and compassionate father, husband, and friend, we know Darryl Carter is now surrounded by well-deserved peace and joy. We are comforted that the powerhouse that was Darryl on earth, now sits with the Most High.

We know that while he is jamming with the angels, he will continue to watch over the lives of his family and friends.

However, the wound is still fresh and the pain still stings as we will miss his booming voice, his oak stature, and his gentle heart.

For his family, we know the hole created by his physical absence will ache their hearts until they are reunited again.

For those lucky enough to call Darryl a friend, or those touched by this family, this is a great opportunity to offer our hands. To offer just a small token of gratitude to a great man and the family he created.

We are starting a GoFundMe account to help Carter’s family as they grieve such a monumental loss.
