As most of you know by now, our brother Darrick's Van got stolen from his driveway yesterday with his complete sound system, two laptops (with the only copies of family/kids growing up photos), two turntables, a mixer, some controllers, speakers boxes, cords and a bunch of irreplaceable original vinyl among other stuff. He is the one that provides all of the sounds for our Push Movement events and has blessed the Portland reggae scene for many, many years. This setup took him 12 years to build straight out of his family's funds, and he has provided the heartbeat of music in Portland for so many years. He never asked for a thing from anybody, and it's time for us to rally and lift him back up. Please donate anything you can. There is over $20,000 worth of equipement stolen.
