Hi, our names are Helena and Kris, we created this page to help our sweet sister, Fatima and nephew Kameron with the financial burden incurred after her husband Darren passed away. Darren was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in July of 2020. Darren fought this disease for 3 years with the strength of a hero but sadly lost his battle on October 22, 2023 while at home surrounded by his family. The financial burden of the past 3 years has been insurmountable. Fatima had to take a huge cut in pay to take a job that would allow her to care for Darren, rising medical bills, college tuition for Kameron, end of life fees and Fatima becoming the soul provider hit this beautiful family hard.
