My name is Lauren and I am fundraising for my mom and step dad. My step dad Darren just got out the hospital after a 4 week stay due to having a heart attack on the surgery table. He had to be shocked twice and had to have cpr preformed on him. He was in the icu for a week after that, he kept having seizures and was not fully aware, he also had gallons of fluids in his lungs that they had to take off. He came home for a day and had to go back because he had a seizure. While he was in the hospital the second time they found out that he has an infection in his lungs and his lungs were still filling with fluid. He is home now but unable to work due to this and being blind. We ask for your help so we can pay medical bills and help keep our family home.
