Darrell Dijos...... What can I say about Dad. Everyone knows him and he knew everyone. He help anyone as best he could with what ever he could. Maybe you went to school with him or played sports together in kailua or St Louis, meet him as a master plumber or working on the horse ranch or you knew him as the dredlock moped guy in Waimanalo. Which ever path brought you to him you knew he was a jokester, a prankster, a helper, an adventurer. Always trying to keep everyone smiling.
Well here's the hard part. If you dont know by now. He suffered a massive stroke on January4th. 2019. We have been at the Queens hospital for the past few days talking, Praying, hoping. But regrettably he has taken a turn for the worst. We will see him off to a better place tonight Jan 10th.
ALOHA all. My name is Shawncy Dijos and on behalf of my brothers and sisters we started this gofundme account to help with dad's cremation and celebration of life. The cremation will happen soon. But just a fyi the celebration service would take place sometime in 2020 so our siblings living in the states can fly their whole families to Oahu for the service. So any funds left after cremation will be saved for the celebration expenses.
Please if you are able to help out and would like to attend the service or would like info please include your info so we can get back to you. But if you would like to stay anonymous we send you our thanks.
Aloha, The Dijos Ohana
