On November 25, my father went missing in the New Orleans area at 4:30 pm. A missing peron's report was filed the next day. After two days of searching for him, I recieved a phone call from a nurse who who seen his picture shared on facebook. My father was brutally beaten with multiple skull fractures and left in a parking lot friday night brain dead. On November 28, has was taken off of life support and passed away.
We are all heartbroken and devasted and ask for your thought and prayers during this difficult time. He was a well loved person and had a heart of gold. I am glad that my baby boy was able to spend his first 10 months with him. He loved his grandpa. My dad leaves behind his wife Shirley, his two kids Darrell Jr. and myself Michelle. He has two grandkids Cody Jr. and Peyton.
A few years ago my father had a liver transplant.
He recently had his disability taken away and depended on side jobs in order to suport him and his wife. He never had any life insurance. If anyone can help donate in any way, It will be greatly appreciated.
