As you all know, my brother Darnell Hawkins Jr has been battling Leukemia for the past two years. He has undergone two Bone Marrow Transplants & unfortunately both were unsuccessful. For the last one I was the donor.
He is now not eligible for a third transplant due to the physical hardship on his body. The plan moving forward is to continue chemo treatments for the next few years.
He is currently in remission an fighting for his strength. He has been unable to work during this time. His goal is to return back to work & live a “normal” life.
We as a family & community have supported him as he continues on this long journey, I ask to please find it in your hearts to help. A Father, Brother, Friend, & a great role model. We would greatly appreciate it.
