We had the honor of homing a beautiful dog called Darcy from our charity. The family adored him life was great.

Darcy was happy enjoying his walks and a bit of agility...BUT

Last year a devastating event to this wonderful rescue collie Darcy happened totally our of the blue. In short Darcy was a bubbly happy dog. Doing agility having fun being totally adored by the family then one morning he looked odd. Walked weird and as the day went on something was pretty serious. He was rushed to the vets by his adoptive family. Darcy had had a spinal stroke. Months of rehab work therapy by the family Darcy came to Crufts to be with us. He has his own wheelchair when he gets tired. But he is a happy boy. Wobbles about adored by his family and he was loved by the kids and public at Crufts. To Kas Sanders and of course Darren (hubby) for believing in Darcy. Life is not about giving up many times by vets it’s was suggested pts. But here you see a dog loving the attention. Darcy was insured but of course it went hugely over the limited. So this in an appeal. Can we all support Darcy and this family for the continued rehab he needs. As a charity we truly want to help but with the increasing costs we have it is hard to support every need. But this one is a very special case...... Please support us to help Darcy. He is a true Hero.
