Darlene Owens & Family

The Owens family needs your help! With Darlene's permission, I would like to share their story and ask for your help!

A couple of months ago, Darlene started having back pain. After a couple of weeks, a fracture and a bulging disc were found. She had a kyphoplasty and went home to recover. Not too long after that, her pain increased again and after another MRI, she was told that her bulging disc had gotten worse, which was starting to cause other deficits. She decided to have a lumbar fusion. The surgery went well, but when a follow up MRI was performed, it was discovered that Darlene has cancer. After some more testing, she was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer. Darlene had her 4th surgery today, along with many other tests. She has decided to put up a strong fight and will do everything she can to fight this disease.

Darlene's husband, Ken, also has a surgery coming up, so I ask for your help in their time of financial need. The last thing the Owens' family needs is to worry about the looming financial burden that is upon them. I'm hoping this page will reach many more people than my co-workers and I were able to reach on our own. Thank you in advance for your help!
