Darlene's Cancer Journey!

Hi, my name is Daniel Senior, and I am fundraising for ❤️Darlene❤️

Darlene is a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She has faced many Challenges in her life. In 2010 she had surgery to remove a brain tumour. 2020 was another surgery to remove another tumour from INSIDE her heart. Now, Darlene faces possibly the biggest fight of her life! She has been diagnosed with Kidney Cancer, and Lymphoma! (Tests have shown that the thyroid and spleen could possibly be affected as well ). She and the entire family are in shock . While we are all trying to remain positive, there are many anxious moments. She just found out that her first course of treatment will be Micro Ablation Therapy at St Paul's hospital to tackle the Kidney Cancer first. After that, she will resume treatments at the Saskatoon Cancer Center! They will then decide which treatments to try next. Of course Darlene has had to leave her job. Besides regular living expenses, like housing, utilities, and groceries, there will be numerous visits to the Cancer centre, hospitals for further tests and procedures, parking, medications, etc.

We realize that it is an interesting time in the world right now, and many people are financially challenged. It is tough to share this, but perhaps some of you would like to help .
