Darlene is a dear friend to so many people.  Over the past few months, she has not been feeling well and earlier this year, she was diagnosed with Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL).  This is an extremely rare and fast growing cancer.  The cancer has been found in several places throughout her body, including her nose, neck, and spleen. This categorization is T3.  At this time, it is not in her bones.  She is currently under going treatments and is recovering at home.  

The fundraiser will help offsets the costs incurred by Darlene and her family during this process.
