Our Mom's 3-year-old Bloodhound Darla is having to have hip surgery. We're trying to help our mom raise money to help pay for her medical services. Unfortunately, she's having to work with a vet in Yuma, AZ, because the Imperial Valley (CA) doesn't have a veterinarian that can assist her.
