Hi, I'm Darla and I'm asking that you consider donating to my medical fund. In my attached video, I explain how I was diagnosed with a rare, chronic illness 12 years ago and that I've recently been in and out of hospitals treating it. Due to my physical debilitation, I was recently let go by my employer and I lost my medical insurance. Needless to say, that this has been financially devastating for me. Therefore, I am asking you to donate to help me care for myself and meet my financial obligations. As a person who never quits, I am convinced that I can rise again with a little assistance from others.

My intent for your donations is to finance the following:

-pay past-due premiums to reinstate my past medical insurance

-assist with my co-pay obligations

-begin making payments on larger hospital bills

-purchase a home air purifier

-purchase a bi-monthly cleaning and meal prep service. Currently, I am unable to perform either

-pay two monthly premiums for newly established medical insurance

Please be assured that I am only asking for the finances I do not have and for items or services I need medically. I am also willing to remain open with the management of your gift. My goal is to get back on my feet and once again take my place in society as a productive, contributing member and one who will pay it forward. I am a giver, not a taker.
