On Sunday, September 15, 2019 my brother-in-law, Darin McMahon, was involved in a horrific tragedy that has changed his and his family's life forever.  As a result of this accident, doctors are saying that Darin will be paralyzed from the neck down.  Darin, his wife Tiffany, and children Sage (7) and Cohen (5) have a long road ahead of them.  Currently, Darin is at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown.   Tiffany has been staying in Allentown to be close to Darin, but will be traveling back to Milton, Delaware frequently so that their children can attend school and the activities they love.  

Darin and Tiffany have a strong support system of family and friends to help them during this difficult time.  There are still many questions and uncertainties about what lies ahead.  However, the financial burden of the road ahead should be one less worry.  Tiffany does not have many sick days available and will not get paid during the family medical leave.   We are hoping to help with the expense of traveling, hotel stays and food.  Additionally, your donation will  help to lessen the burden of the medical bills for Darin's care and rehabilitation afterwards .  This is anticipated to take several months.  Since Darin will be learning a new way of life, their home will need to be remodeled in order for Darin to have an easier time at home.  This will need to be started soon so that it is completed for Darin when he returns home.  All of the donations received will go to Tiffany so that she can have one less thing to worry about and focus on what matters most.....Darin and her children.
