On Saturday night, my sister, Darian Preston, crashed her motorcycle and was Life-flighted to Bangor. After much reluctance, she agreed to let me make this Go Fund Me to help her cover cost of medical care and bills. She works as a CNA caring for others and due to her injuries, she will be out of work for a while.

While Darian is in good spirits, she does have several injuries she will need to heal from. She has also given permission for me to share the extent of her injuries. She had a slight brain bleed, which she has received daily CT scans to monitor. She has damage to her mouth/teeth and is waiting for consult with an oral surgeon. She shattered her right elbow, which was operated on yesterday. Her spinal cord received two small fractures. She also has fractures to her left shoulder, collar bone, and ribs that are expected to heal on their own in due time.

Despite her injuries and amount of pain, she is in good spirits and worrying about others still. She’s the strongest person I know. Help me support her best we can right now. We love & appreciate you all!
