Darcy was found in Dahab, Egypt with severed back legs. He was helped by a few animal lovers from who have joined together to help him. Lulu's Cairo Rescues has been overseeing his paperwork etc and found him a place to go in Belgium! He just needs his travel ticket and certificate.
