Help during a long standing health crisis

Hello everyone my name is Darci. This is something I never thought I would be doing in my life, however, here we are. I am a proud Navy veteran, as well as, currently employed as a city carrier with USPS. Last year on Halloween I contracted Covid-19 from one of my co-workers. I thought that like anyone else I would fight it like the flu and be done with it, but I was terribly wrong. I now am in month 8 of having what the doctors are calling lingering Covid-19. This long standing infection I have from lingering Covid-19 has caused my diabetes to do things that no doctor has been able to fix or give me any relief from. These side effects have made it so I am not able to work. Some of the more serious ones are: Triglycerides at 7200, wearing diapers due to constant incontinence of bowel/bladder, unable to handle fluctuating temperatures without getting dizzy/passing out, and the list goes on. I am close to depleting all my savings and without assistance soon I will lose all I have worked for my entire life, and be homeless with my son. I have reached out to the VA hoping they could assist me but to no avail. So I am coming on here at the behest of friends and family hoping for a miracle.
